A Deeper Exploration

There are moments in life when we sense that change is needed, yet no matter how much we reflect or search for answers, something remains just out of reach, something untouched.

Part of my Somatic Therapy work at Satori Institute in Berlin Friedrichshain.

We try to make sense of our experiences, but real growth isn’t just about understanding. It’s about feeling.

Our bodies carry the echoes of past experiences, shaping how we move, breathe and relate to the world. Somatic therapy creates space for these deeper layers to be acknowledged, expressed and integrated — not by force, but through awareness and presence.

Rather than pushing through discomfort or seeking logical solutions to emotional struggles, this process invites a different approach: curiosity, awareness and allowing. As we shift our attention inward, what has been held can surface and integrate naturally. As tension releases, a sense of clarity, wholeness and connection begins to emerge.

Somatic therapy is not about changing who you are, it’s about deepening your relationship with yourself.

Confidence, curiosity and connection are already within you. As you reconnect with your body, these qualities awaken, guiding you toward a sense of inner strength, purpose and a path that feels true.

We don’t approach anything as broken that needs fixing.

We focus on rediscovering what has always been whole. It’s about stepping into a more natural flow, where clarity is not something to chase but something that arises when we feel safe in our skin.

“These qualities together with the quality of his touch allowed my system to trust him almost from the get go, which is unusual for me. This led to experiences of truly feeling safe and connected in the presence of another human being during challenging inner processes — a first for me.”
