PART 1: About the Satori LSV Experience

Psychedelic Preparation and Integration

Before diving deeper into preparation and integration work, many clients explore expanded states using the Satori LSV system, either before, after or instead of a psychedelic journey. The Satori LSV Experience is an immersive, non-substance-based session that shares many of the benefits of psychedelics. It can serve as preparation, integration or simply as a way to explore consciousness, access deeper awareness and restore emotional balance.

Some extraordinary journeys begin without substances. Instead, they unfold through light, sound and vibration. The Satori LSV Experience is a gentle and safe way to access non-ordinary states of awareness without altering your chemistry by ingesting a substance. It works through stimulating your innate brainwave frequencies, helping you prepare, integrate or reconnect with your inner clarity, presence and essence. If you're curious about psychedelics but without the use of any substances, this is a grounded place to begin.

The Satori LSV Experience

Light. Sound. Vibration.

The Satori Experience is a guided, multisensory journey into expanded states of awareness, without the use of substances. LSV stands for Light, Sound, Vibration. It’s a legal, grounded, yet deeply personal alternative to psychedelics. Through the precise synchronization of flickering hypnagogic light, immersive soundscapes and vibroacoustic stimulation, your nervous system is invited into a profound reset. It’s a sensory symphony for your whole being, calming the overactive mind, activating creative flow and opening the door to emotional release and integration.

What Happens in the Body and Brain

At the heart of the experience lies brainwave entrainment. Carefully curated sessions stimulate selected natural brainwave frequencies, alpha, theta, delta, gamma, to guide your brain into states often associated with lucid dreaming, deep meditation or psychedelic insight. The flickering light stimulates the retina and pineal region, enhancing inner imagery and intuitive perception. The beautiful and specially curated soundscape entrains your brainwaves and calms the autonomic nervous system. Synchronized vibroacoustic stimulation activates the vagus nerve, shifting the body into “rest and digest” mode and releasing tension. Your system moves from doing to being, from tension to coherence.

You might encounter:
• Visionary imagery
• Geometric patterns or dream-like sequences
• A sense of floating, stillness or interconnectedness
• A sense of dissolving of time and space
• Softening of egoic structures
• A new perspective on things

Some describe it as a waking dream, where time and thought soften. Many emerge lighter, clearer and more connected.

Why People Come

• To reset their nervous system and come back to center
• To process emotions and move through internal blocks

Clients often describe a subtle unfolding in the days that follow, like ripples across still water. You may experience:
• Emotional clarity
• Intuitive insight
• Creative flow
• A renewed sense of presence
• A sense of loosening up of habitual thoughts and repetitive behavioral patterns

PART 2: Psychedelic Integration Through Somatic Bodywork

A grounded path for digesting, integrating and embodying your experience

Whether your psychedelic journey was expansive or challenging, the experience itself is only the beginning. The real work begins in integration, when what was once fleeting starts to take root, when insights move beyond thought and into the body.

Why Somatic Integration?

Psychedelics don’t just shift thoughts. They shift perception, identity and emotion. Some insights feel luminous. Others stir confusion. Some moments open something without a clear next step. While some experiences settle naturally, others linger in the body, waiting to be met and digested. Even the most disorienting experiences can carry meaning, if given the space to be felt, listened to and grounded.

What Happens in a Somatic Integration Session?

In somatic integration sessions, we explore how your body wants to integrate what has opened. Through empathic presence, touch, breath and guided awareness, we allow what’s still in motion to be digested, not through analysis, but through embodiment. This work helps bridge the gap between:
• Insight and daily life
• Vision and presence
• Revelation and relationship

Between the Journey and Everyday Life

There is the moment of insight, when something clicks. And then, there is after.
• A sense of expansion... but daily life continues
• A moment of enlightenment... and then you have to do the dishes
• A feeling of connection... but uncertainty about how to hold it
• A shift in perception... but no clear anchor

Integration is not about holding onto the experience. It’s about letting it shape you, letting it become you.

The Neuroscience of Integration

Research shows psychedelics increase neuroplasticity and soften the default mode network, interrupting habitual loops and opening new space, opening the individual to new habits and ways of being and thinking. Insight alone doesn’t create change. People often overestimate peak moments and underestimate the lower-level practice. Somatic bodywork helps those shifts anchor in the nervous system, through the way you move, breathe, feel and relate. This is how change becomes sustainable, not just known, but lived.

Why Integration Matters

The impact of a psychedelic journey is not in what happens during, but in how you carry it forward.
• What if an insight became part of how you live?
• What if presence became a place your body knows how to return to?
• What if a glimpse of wholeness shaped your relationships?

Integration is the practice of turning peak states into embodied reality.

A Safe and Ethical Space

Disclaimer: Information, Harm Reduction & Ethical Boundaries

I do not promote, provide or encourage the use of psychedelics in any way. My work is not about facilitating psychedelic experiences, nor do I provide any substances. I work with those who seek support before or after their own experiences with psychedelics, helping them integrate what has unfolded.

Many clients come to me before or after exploring expanded states of consciousness, through:
• Plant medicine & psychedelics
• Holotropic breathwork
• Sensory deprivation
• Extended fasting
• Near-death experiences

Some arrive with profound insights. Others feel unsettled, ungrounded or unsure how to integrate what they’ve experienced. Often, the missing piece is not the experience itself, but the right support and framework for making sense of it and how to embody it.

My goal is to offer:
• A safe space for reflection, embodiment, and harm reduction
• Informed and conscious choices around integration and well-being
• A grounded, compassionate container for what was once abstract to be felt and processed

I do not offer medical treatment. I do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. I do not replace the role of a doctor, therapist or licensed healthcare provider. I am not a shaman or healer.

Instead, I offer a space of:
• Reflection, not interpretation
• Co-regulation, not fixing
• Presence, not pressure

No dogma. No judgment. No spiritual fluff. Just support for what’s real.

If You're Looking For...

… a way to bring psychedelic insights into daily life
… rounding after a difficult or overwhelming experience
… a space to reconnect with what still feels unresolved
… integration and clarity without further substances

You’re warmly invited to explore somatic integration.

Afterword

The exploration of expanded states of consciousness, whether through psychedelics, meditation, shamanic practices or other body-based work, is as old as humanity itself. Across cultures and traditions, people have sought these states for insight, healing and personal growth.

My own extensive work with expanded states of consciousness, through psychedelics, somatic bodywork, meditation and other practices, has been a transformational tool in my life for over 25 years. I hold deep gratitude for these experiences. They played a vital role in my personal development and mental health. Without them, I would not be where I am today.

Throughout history, shamans and spiritual guides have helped individuals navigate altered states, providing support, structure and integration for what emerges. Today, as psychedelic research re-emerges, we are once again being asked how to responsibly and ethically engage with these experiences.

“The human drive to transcend ordinary consciousness is a fundamental part of our existence.”
Stanisław Grof

Whether through traditional spiritual practices, somatic work, modern therapy or new technologies like the Satori LSV Experience, this path reflects a deep longing to explore the full potential of human awareness and consciousness.

I hope that as research continues, in the field of psychedelics and in the science of non-ordinary states, these experiences will be recognized, understood and safely integrated into our culture and healthcare systems.

Until then, we must each take responsibility for our own journeys. My aim is to provide harm reduction, guidance and embodied preparation and integration practices, so that these experiences can be processed with the depth, dignity and care they deserve.
